A pub of significant charm and character on the Fulham Road that brings everyone together for major sporting events. For Wimbledon, expect plenty of Pimms and and traditional english treats on the menu. Don't be surprised to see Wii tennis being played on the big projector screen.
With three big screens, a broad selection of ales and lagers from both England and across the continent, and located only a few paces from Clapham Common, it's easy to see why the Merchant is considered on of the area's number one spots for watching Wimbledon.
Perhaps London's best family pub, the Florence isn't renowned for sport but whips out the big screen projector for Wimbledon each summer and the great people of south London and beyond come flocking. A superb garden with a dedicated indoor kids play area, the Florence also boasts its own in-house brewery for those sick of Pimms!
A hidden gem in Clerkenwell with a reassuringly traditional feel about the place. Ales are often bought in from Oxfordshire's Brakspear Brewery while the Scotch eggs that are brought out from the kitchen are well worth a try. One big screen with theatre style seating and two HD TVs mean it's difficult to miss the action.
Part of the Real Pubs group, the Metropolitan prides itself on excellent pub grub, a superb garden complete with outdoor TVs and plenty of sport being shown on them.
