MatchPint's favourite Gunners pub, the World's End is widely considered to be one of the best pubs for Arsenal in London. The pub benefits from being very close to Finsbury Park Station and about 10 minutes walk from the Emirates, making it a hugely popular pre-match venue. The food is fantastic, especially the burgers and, if you can abide plastics on match days, there are plenty of beers on offer. |

Located just outside Highbury and Islington tube station, The Famous Cock fills up quicker than Ashley Cole's pockets on match days. It's a fairly modern looking boozer with a fairly standard selection of ales, lagers and their alcoholic cousins, all priced reasonably. Great venue for drinking before and after the game while you wait for the queues into the station to subside. |

Also close to Highbury and Islington station (immediately across the road and left from the exit), The Junction is one of the classier Arsenal pubs near the Emirates. Its modern decor and tasty pizzas draw a fairly well-behaved crowd and the courtyard out front ensures that there's plenty of space for larger groups to meet. It's about 10 minutes form the Emirates and shows all Arsenal games on Sky Sports and ESPN. |

The words "traditional Irish pub" often have the effect of turning people away - not Phibbers. The Holloway Road pub is a firm favourite with Gunners fans for both home games - when it becomes a popular pre and post match social spot - and away games due to the broadcasting of those all important 3 o'clock kick-offs. The staff are friendly, the beer standard and fairly priced, while you can order Columbian food from the restaurant upstairs. |

The Compton Arms is perhaps a tad trickier to find than the other, but a visit is very worthwhile. It's tucked away behind Highbury Corner in a residential area and feels extraordinary like a countryside pub. One for the Real Ale drinkers, it offers something a little different from the other great Arsenal pubs in the area. |

A bit further away from the Emirates, but still worth a visit, The Regent on Liverpool Road is located half way between Angel Tube station and Highbury and Islington. It's deceptively large with a downstairs area that can be booked out for up to 50 people with it's own screen. They've got 2 10ft projectors set in front of some comfortable seating but the highlight of the Regent is certainly the Pizzas - a massive range on the menu, they're cooked right in front of you. |
